"After 3 trips out to replace what was thought to be just a bad hot water heater that also ended up being a bad regulator valve maintaining the water pressure that wasat 160 psi and should have been 40 to 70 psi it was all finished thanks to an amazing tech Caleb Weatherford he was very professional and explained everything. I would recommend Paschal to anyone and if you have a choice I'd recommend Caleb and his partner for your needs"
"I’m a lucky girl finding Paschal in so quickly. I was able to schedule a plumber for same day at reasonable rates. I was offered a secondary service at a reduced rate. The second service was on my list of things to do in my new-to-me home, so I snapped it up, also done same day. The service techs were professional yet personable. We’ve also had our HVAC system replaced 18 months ago and they were very helpful throughout the whole process of helping us choose the replacement, getting everything installed, then calibrating the new system. "Frankly, I'm amazed at the service. I had a water heater failure this morning. I called at 8:00am for a service call. By 9:00am a technician was on site. He surveyed the job, quoted it, and had a 2nd team enroute within 30 minutes. The 2nd crew arrived with the new water heater and all the parts required for the job. By noon I was up and running. I was informed of all the work that was performed, advised as to how the maintenance works and they were on their way. I also liked the notification texts before arriving. Last but should have been first, the operator was very helpful in determining what I required and getting me scheduled. Thanks to all the folks that assisted with the water heater replacement. I'm very pleased."
