"I stop here regularly when heading up to Saint Cloud, typically ordering burgers for breakfast. They make them as requested. I don't know why people hate on BK so much. The Whopper Jr. and Whopper sandwiches are great, especially customized to your preferences."

"I come to this location about twice a week. I always know it’s going to be hit or miss. Mostly because I use to be the GM of this location. Normally when I go, there’s a very nice, middle-aged woman working in the drive-through who always makes sure my food is correct. Sometimes there is a younger blonde girl who has an awful attitude from the 5 mins it takes for her to say I’ll be right with you, another 5 mins to take your order . . It’s always a bad experience with her from the start you get to the window to pay for your food and she doesn’t say a word. And when you ask a question or for a sauce packet, she tells you to pull forward and never put them in the bag. Today I got a chicken sandwich that is so burnt. It’s disgusting. My son cheeseburger was missing part of the bottom of the bun I’m really disappointed in my experience today. The next time I go if it’s that blonde girl I’m driving right through the drive-through and I will go to Dairy Queen."

"All the sandwiches and fries were Cold! Never go to this location ever again!"

"Drive thru was absurd. I pulled up and there were 4 cars. They don’t respond and we all had to wait 3 to 5 minutes each, before they would even take an order. It sounded like they were taking only 1 order at a time, and waiting for that to be done before starting to even take another order. The person ahead of me gave up and left. I don’t know if they were having staffing issues or what, but it was quite frustrating."

"Stopped for breakfast and placed a large order for my family. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The food was good and consistent as with other BKs. Lastly the signage was clever and fun for the kiddo's."
