"While the employees at the Gravette branch are friendly and competent. The Arvest Mortgage side of the bank is completely inept at processing payments and helping customers.Ever since their mortgage processing was taken in-house at the end of 2022, there has been several instances of errors and lack of help from customer service. You want your banking to be simple and not need to follow up to make sure that changes you requested are made. This is not the case with Arvest Mortgage. The idea of local support and reasonable interest rates may make it seem like a good place to seek a mortgage. DO NOT FINANCE THROUGH ARVEST, if you can avoid it. There is no local support and the stress and inconvenience of dealing with their phone line is not worth the rates offered."

"Gosh where do I start??? I've been with this bank for some time now and though I do greatly miss the people I had been friemds with for years there those who have stepped in are just as incredible. Jim is a great manager and mr. Wallace also is such a great employee. I live in fayetteville now and I know.you have facilities here bit ill drive back to.my home bank for my needs because they have done more than treat me as a customer they've taken me on as a friend amd they care greatly about me."
