"We worked with Allen and Arnold for almost 3 months trying to close, but communicating with Allen and Arnold is an uphill battle. These guys are super responsive out the gate. However, after you sign with them, you will find them hard pressed to respond to your emails. They wait around and you have to submit the same documents over and over again as the months go on. Mind you, We had 20% down and my credit score is an 804. We had a closing date of Dec. 16th. The process was started in early November. On December 15th, they reached out to me and asked for all the same documents that I had sent them in November. It was an indication to me that they had sat around and had done zero of the back ground work until I pinged them continuously. This was only my experience, but I would recommend going with another lender or a more established/organized organization. If you are in a tight pinch and don't have the luxury of busting your closing date over and over again, go with someone else. We ended up having to pay cash and then refinancing with a more reputable lender, but most people do not have this option. So save yourself the heartache and possibility of losing out on your dream home."
