They lied saying they had wired the money. They lied saying they switched banks and couldn't see the wire transaction details. And, they won't answer their phone! We were left sitting on the curb with our 5, 3 and 1-year-olds waiting for the wire to come through another day later, so the other title company could allow us to move into our new home because First Dakota Title didn't send the money timely. Save yourselves the angst and trouble, use Getty or another title company."

"Do not use this company to complete your title work. We started the process the summer of 2021 and the title is still not completed due to their incompetence. Long delays and multiple lost documents. We supposedly closed on all of this on December 1, 2021 but just found out today that it is still not complete. They got paid in December to complete this. They cashed all the checks and guess what...still not done."
