"I went to the Little Rock store on 9/22 with the intention on purchasing a safety chain and at least 1 charm. The website states they opened at 10:00 am but the store was not open when I arrived at 10:05. I waited around and browsed about the mall until 10:30, thinking maybe they’re running late, and they still weren’t open when I left. I live about 70 miles from the only Pandora store in Arkansas and it’s irritating when the store isn’t open when the website states it will be open. I had other errands to do while in Little Rock and specifically planned my day to be at this store when they opened."

"I went 7/3 because I wasn't able to use my gift card online which they helped me with. They had 1 of the charms at the location but would take a few hours to look for so asked that I come back. Went on 7/5 at 5:30 and they were closed. Since I wasn't able to pick upon 7/6 the order for in store was cancelled and was refunded for it."
