As much as I’ve shopped in Dallas at Kendra Scott, I’ve never been introduced to the color bar! I had to come all the way to Arkansas to experience it! "The customer service was amazing! The receipt says that the woman who helped us was Arlette, so I'm going to assume it was her. I had a broken necklace and she replaced it with a new one! I was also shopping for prom jewelry and she asked to see the dress and gave her advice and answered all my questions. She helped me put together a beautiful neclace and earrings! Loved the experience!!!"

"Matt & Brandon didn’t tell us they closed 10 minutes prior to us walking in. They welcomed us with smiles and let our daughter pick out her birthday item. It wasn’t until we were checking out that we learned they were closed before we walked in!! We felt terrible but they assured us they were happy to let our daughter shop and would never turn anyone away. Thank you for excellent customer service!!"

"The customer service at this location is terrible. I’m from out of town and I shop at Kendra Scott frequently. This is definitely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. When my mom and I came in we were greeted by a friendly associate but as we continued to shop the experience declined. I had to greet and speak to an associate in order to get assistance. I asked for a ring and a necklace, the associate told me that I could grab the necklace myself and then she simply grabbed the ring I asked for off the display because it happened to be the correct size. However, when I got into the car, this ring was extremely scratched and looked like it was used which is expected since it was a display ring. I’m not sure why she couldn’t go get a new one from the back. We went back in to exchange it and another associate did not even speak to us during the exchange. She wouldn’t even package it for us, she just handed it to us. We had to ask for our receipt and the jewelry bag back. I work in customer service myself and I would never treat anyone like this!"
