Progressive Insurance 1723 South Dennison Street, Little Rock, AR 72202

"Had a car stolen Back in Oct of 2023, the car was found in less than a week. The car was going and has been sitting at a Dealer ship scenes November 2023. It is now Feb 2024 the car is still at the dealer ship. I have found it hard to get a hold of progressive on why it is taken so long to get my car back. When I call I usually have to call back to back before anyone will pick up the phone. If you leave a voice mail they will not call you back."

"Progressive is the least customer focused and least helpful insurance you can get. Suggest you get some other insurance if you want to be valued"

"I had progressive insurance and my motorcycle was stolen. I never received communication and didn't know that theft wasn't covered in my policy. Panicking, I called the cops before I made necessary changes to my policy and a claim. Because I didn't change my policy first they're not going to do anything for me and I'm out $4,000."

"I bought my insurance in Mountain Home. Progressive insurance, is the worst insurance I have ever had. A deer hit my truck and Progressive didn't fix it right. I had power heated mirrors and they replaced them with non-powered and non-heated mirrors, claiming the powered mirrors weren't available, they were. They also didn't replace the cracked wind shield from the accident. Aside from the deductible I paid another $1,000.00, to fix my truck to it's orginal condition. Progressive is a cheap insurance company because they won't, as in my case didn't fix the truck. This is the first insurance company that didn't fix my vehicle and use parts that didn't bring my vehicle back to where it was before the accident. I would not recommend this company to anyone."
