"Two weeks ago I purchased a Citizen Watch here. I attempted to bring it in today to have it sized. Was told that it couldn’t be done today because of it being holiday time ( like I didn’t know that) and he couldn’t do it today. I don’t get how, for any reason, that he even remotely thought any excuse for not taking care of a customer is denied for any reason. I guess I should have checked your customer service before shopping there. Never again."

"If I could give them a 0 star I would. I had the displeasure of dealing with the store manager Cathy, who had gave me the worst customer service I have ever received. She acted like I was a waste of her time and a burden for walking into the store. I have spent alot at other Kay's Jewelers but she has ruined my experience and I will not give another cent to this company because of her attitude and her being disrespectful to me and my wife."

"My boyfriend had purchased a promise ring for me a year ago and the ring broke within 7 months of us having it. We took the ring back because we bought warranty and they sent it off, when they called us back to pick it up, they put the wrong headstone on it. So they sent it off again, and it came back wrong again. So they sent it off again and after 3 months they contact us and tell us they do not make this ring anymore. We asked for our money back and they said that can’t happen. Very disappointed in the way they handled things and the way we were talked too. I asked to talk to someone higher up than the people working at Kay’s in the mall and Kathy said “ our district manager is not going to talk to you” and “ no I am not going to give you the number to contact him” She was very rude! Will not be there again…"

"I came in a few days ago to shop for promise rings for my girlfriend and I. Kathy was very rude. A few times while we were looking at rings she made some snide remarks. I liked the look of a particular ring for myself and she said “it makes sense you would like that ring seeing as you’re brave enough to wear a floral shirt”. It’s very disrespectful to insult your potential customer especially considering the customer is what keeps the business running. This was my first experience here and I have zero interest in shopping here ever again, especially if Kathy helps me. Hopefully this is a rare occurrence and no one else has to deal with this kind of disrespect."
