"Disappointed with how my 75 yr/o Grandmother was treated by this franchise location. Long story short Victor spent 4hrs looking for the line, then said they would be back by 8:30 in the morning& its 4:30 pm, not a word from him. NOT IMPATIENT! I get it, if you’re communicative, things happen, people push you off. Victor has not answered the cell he gave her, the office answer hasn’t answered and corporate can’t do anything. I have even tried to contact the franchise owner Janice Garner. I would not have written this essay if not for the fact that this 75 year old women does not have sanitary conditions at the moment, this plumber knew this when he left last night, said he would be back, then DISAPPEARED. Other locations can’t work in that county apparently so no back up from another location. Do better Roto Rooter. Two thumbs down."

"Very professional. We are 26 miles to roto rooter location. We called around 2 pm. They arrived on site by 3:30pm. Very prompt. Had problem solved within 30 minutes. Very reasonable. They where $50 cheaper than local plumber who gave us attitude."
