"Called today, had a technician here this afternoon. Super nice company. They tell you upfront what they charge, give you some possible options of what they may be looking at for your situation but will always go with what you want done or with the best decision. My case was a blocked sewer line. It could have had roots through the line which would have required additional work plus money. After the initial clean, the technician agreed it was just a clog and didn't try to tell me I needed that additional service to look for possible root damage. It was a quick easy service and didn't break the bank."

"Josh and Nate came to clean out our pipes today that have been severely backed up for over a month. We had a different plumber out first who did not fix the issue but Josh and Nate with Mr. Rooter did a lot of investigative work to figure out the root of the problem. They were also very professional, friendly, and they explained everything they were doing and what was going on. I’m very happy with their service and wanted to give them some recognition! I also love that Mr. Rooter sends you a picture of the plumber who will be coming to your door. As a mom of a young child, I thought that was a great safety feature and made me feel safe about who would be coming inside my home."

"Overpriced for the skill level. Takes five trips for what should only take one and they charge you per trip. Call someone else...anyone else. 3600 to make the situation worse than it was. Look at the trash and handy work in the pictures. This is how they leave the customer. Good luck all."
