"Service and with no refund was horrible. Bought a Razorback College World Series shirt for my father in law as a present. When the shirt finally arrived weeks after guaranteed delivery date, Imagine his surprise when they sent an Ole Miss college World Series shirt. What a slap in the face..The store in Fayetteville had terrible customer service and did not seem to care about the mix up. Will never buy any Hog gear from Hog Heaven. I was so tired of dealing with them about a refund, I finally just gave up."

"Returns/refund policy is terrible. Received mine as a Christmas present. I live an hour away so I didn’t get a change to exchange until late January. I was told I was past the 30 day policy and there was nothing she could do. I was standing there with probably $100 worth of other merch I was planning to purchase but I ended up leaving. Sad to see they rather honor a “policy” than please a customer and make more money. Won’t be back."
