"This agency is very difficult to work with. We asked them to cancel her car insurance after our Mother passed away and it became a long drawn out and difficult process. Again after her farm was sold we asked them to cancel the insurance on the farm. It has now been 7 weeks and it has not happened. No refund has been issued. What happened to this small town business? This is a small agency in a small town where everyone knows everyone and supposedly is friendly and helpful. Not so much!"

"It's a friendly place with a small town atmosphere, and all my experiences as well as my dad's, have been worth 10 of 5 stars... (unfortunately it only goes to 5 stars) they really know insurance there, and the Keith Lieran agency is a good fit for most people out there... i can't say they will get as good a prices, unless there whole family has 2 or 3 cars on the plan, but I pay around 400$ for my insurance..."
