"Called Keith's roofing to do an estimate for a new roof late July. Finally got a quote from Lawrence second week in August after a couple of days of attempting to get a hold of him through his cellphone and email. I asked some questions about the estimate and never got answers. So I attempted to text, call and email with no avail. Finally, he answered and the question mid August. By this time he still has done everything I asked for on the quote. So, I went with another local company and I am quite happy to spend my money with them for a new roof."

"Called Keith's Roofing & Home Improvement to work on a metal roof that was leaking. Strung me along for several days. The first call I was told they would come out and take a look. That never happened. After several days and 5 calls/messages left with answering service which had no idea why I was not getting a call back , I finally heard back a week later that they have no interest on working on metal roofs. I could have had this repaired by now if I wasn't strung along for over a week. If you are not interested in the job, or do not want to work on metal roofs, just let me know so I can find someone that wants to work. It's fine if Keith's Roofing & Home Improvement does not want to work on metal roofs, but tell me that during the first phone call. This set me back over a week. This is just disrespectful and bad business . Common courtesy goes a long way in business especially in rural areas where your name and word is your bond. You don't have that you don't have anything. Could possible be in business 30 years due to captive audience . Folks have little choice in roofers in area, not a lot of competition in rural areas unfortunately. . Bottom line if you have a metal roof that needs repair look elsewhere, Keith's Roofing & Home Improvement is not interested. It will save you time not calling Keith's Roofing & Home Improvement for this type of job."
