"So, my wife and I moved into one of Matthews rental properties back in December. We did have a bit of an issue with some maintenance stuff that got resolved fairly quickly. The biggest thing that I want to commend them on is that our A/C unit went out. We put in a maintenance request through the portal and even though it was a Sunday, we had a technician come out and repair it within a few hours.
