"****Buyers beware**** feel free to ask questions but do not expect any answers. I recently bought a 2011 Toyota Prius. I only test drove it a few miles and it was running normally. They made it very clear that all sales are as is and final with no warranties. They are most certainly a used car sales company. This Prius has a blown head gasket. Bad clutch dampener. And a bad abs accumulator. Only after getting the title in the mail have a found out the car was a prior salvage and after further research on Carfax it was a total loss and given a rebuilt title. I was delighted with the salesmen as he was friendly and basically just tossed me the keys and said take her for a drive. I should have driven it much more. It wasn’t 2 miles down the road after I bought it that the engine started shuttering really bad (blown head gasket) and the abs lights came one as well. I will most certainly be searching elsewhere for another car and trying to dig myself out of this Prius sized hole that I have fallen in."
"Got completely ripped off. Got a 2006 Murano and 3 weeks later we brought it it to fix a misfire. Only to find out the entire back end if the frame was rusted. Given... Yes they did fix this.... But we continued to have constant issues. He sold this to us knowing it would be for parents if a young child.... It's not with risking your life to get a car here. Not even 9 months later and we can't even use it at all. There are so many problems that even $2000 in repairs later and still having issues. 0/10. Don't bother. Honestly amazed they are in business still."
"If I could give 0 stars I would!! Do not go here! The owner doesn’t care about you he just wants the money! He sold me a 2005 mercury mountaineer for $4,500 I’ve had this vehicle for 3 months and all I’ve had are problems I’ve already put over $3,000 in repairs and now have to spend another $500 this vehicle has been nothing but problems sense the second week of buying it, out of the three months that I have owned it I’ve only been able to drive it on and off for a month as it doesn’t work, I saw some older reviews where he offered to help people with costs or do a trade in and figured it would be worth a shot he then went on to say he “doesn’t recall even having a mercury or selling it” even tho I have the paperwork stating otherwise!! Then told me he’d “call me back” but wouldn’t take my number down? Also never called me back!!! He took advantage of me being a young single mom looking for my first vehicle and not getting much help looking, there’s been a few times my vehicle has broken down with me and my one year old in the vehicle thank god I had family who lived close and could pick us up!! This guy cares about nothing but the money please don’t go to this guy! He sold me a LEMON This vehicle is sitting on the side of the road by my stepdads because it won’t even start I’ve bought a few parts costing over $115 sense it broke down again last week and it still won’t start!"
"Well I thought I got a good deal on a car, unfortunately it is a lemon. It needs over $5,000 worth of work. I wish I would have had a full inspection before buying this car. As soon as I got the car home the check engine light came on and it's been in and out of the shop ever since. Total nightmare. WORD TO THE WISE... GET A FULL INSPECTION ON ANY AS IS USED CAR. THE PEOPLE SELLING IT DO NOT CARE WHAT CONDITION ITS IN."
"Just bought a $4k Chrysler Pacifica. Owner was all about the money not the facts. Sold me a lemon, although it runs well, I have to figure out it's starting issue, should've known when he had to jump me out of his lot. My advice, do not trust him. After carefully treating the car, and during, Owner (Howard) is still no where to be found, my wife was told we would be getting reimbursed 200$ for the starter and nothing more. My opinion, ask for the car facts before purchase, and even though I did just that, he wrote me off. I initially wanted the car for 3500$. Again my advice, select a new dealership. Labor cost was more than reimbursement, 3x more."
