"Didn’t give an effort in my case as I went out of my way to find her. Wasn’t prepared for my case, told me a day prior multiple times about a hearing the NEXT day, making me have to rush to find sitters, tell my job, etc. There was always an excuse, sick, “I didn’t hit send” (this one cost me personally the most), my mom was sick, etc. I was blamed for everything and if I gave her any type of reason she’d get an attitude and threaten to stop representing me which she ultimately did. She told me since she made a mistake I owe her nothing else and of course her word wasn’t good on that. With better representation my case could’ve been won or contested better. Her secretary Ashlee was nice but she doesn’t want to get fired so she agreed with Mrs. Davis so I couldn’t get across to this firm at all. I had to reach out to her about my case, there were little updates on my case without me reaching out. Very nice lady at the beginning. Felt like a good fit but the work ethic and will to care for clients of this firm needs improvement and or looked at all together. Definition of take your case to make a dollar. After asking to appeal, her words were “I’ll take your money but it won’t be successful”. Just be cautious brothers and sisters."
