"Dan Hancock is my husband's public defender and has had his case for over a year now and when they went to court last week he said he knew nothing about the case and asked for a continuance. I've called and left messages for over 2 months and he will not call me back or go and speak with my husband. It's absolutely ridiculous I understand hes not getting paid much but my husband still deserves to speak with him and have his case handled. My husband has had a few public defenders and although they never call you back right away bc they are busy they always have with in a week. I know my husband's not a saint but he has a family that cares about him and wants this taken care of so he can get back to his life not drag it out longer then necessary. My husband should be able to at least speak with his lawyer and discuss what they are going to do to move forward. He didn't choose this lawyer so I don't know if you paid him he would be any better but that right there is a problem in itself and it's sad. I hope he's never at the mercy of someone else and they treat him this way."
"This is the most reasonable and quality practice in town. The atmosphere is therapeutic with a great team of professionals from the paralegals to the attorneys. Alex Burgos helped with my divorce case and it was the best decision ever. He was very empathetic and reasonable. He made me very confident and carried me along during the whole process. Apparently, my divorce took years to finalize due to the pandemic but he stood firm and handled my case with the highest level of professionalism. He asked me for everything I wanted and he did his best to secure them. His therapeutic rapport is beyond man expectation and he is always available irrespective of the time and place. His work ethics was exceptionally clean and detailed with only the necessary contents. As a matter of fact, I learnt from his modus operandi which is worthy of emulating . I will definitely run out of space if i write every details about the quality of services I received from them. This group is the best price with the best quality in town. Beyond satisfied."
"In spite of Covid and more than a foot of snow, it was easy to contact them and actually speak to an attorney! Attorney Kiehl was both helpful and easy to talk to. Best of all they made it affordable to get excellent legal counsel quickly. Highly Recommended!"
"Dan Hancock has represented me for years when falsely arrested by law enforcement, which seems to be a hobby for them. We have set some Arkansas Supreme Court precedents together, including for a speeding ticket in 2012. Then, there was the abandoned game camera that I gave to law enforcement and was subsequently arrest for "theft by receiving" for which the district court disagreed with in acquitting me. Most recently, Dan represented be when the Jacksonville Police Department arrested me for 2 counts of Harassment. The testimony showed that the only reason I was arrested was because I complained that CID law enforcement officers bungled an investigation into an obvious murder, which was subsequently labeled as "an accident"."
"I wish not marking any stars would effect their average rating as much as I'd like it to. This place is very unprofessional, was told that we should've known what to do in situations that you pay your LAWYER to guide you through. Received zero guidance. Also, made appointments and the lawyer was late to each one. Had to just "pop-in" to meet with them. Was lied to about someone I could possibly talk to being present, and later found out that said person was upstairs. Just a very unprofessional environment in general, and I would've done better on my own in the courtroom. Have no idea why I am paying these people."
