"I hate writing this review because a ICHRA was a great health care option for our employees, but it looks like I am not alone on this one! This company's logistics are an absolute disaster. I am both the owner of the company administering the ICHRA and an employee of the company, both sides have been nothing but problems. This year, to-date, I have put in over 100 hours trying to manage this companies logistics, paperwork, phone calls, and needs attention emails (Ex. duplicate plans, overlapping plans, employees not getting coverage for lack completion of payment and even dealing with their sister company ehealth for support). Employers/Employee do not consider this company for an ICHRA). This is our 2-3rd year with Nexben and our LAST! Thank you Obama for ICHRA and more administrative headaches!"
"Our company has had nothing but problems running an ICHRA plan for our employees through Nexben. It's been 6 months and they still bill for an employee who waived his insurance at the beginning. Advisory fee invoices don't show which employees or months it is covering. If they bill you wrong, you still have to pay for their mistakes and wait for a credit on the next months bill! They won't void the incorrect bills and re-issue them, there have been many. If we could change carriers mid year and not effect our employees deductibles we would faster than their heads could spin!"
"Seems to be a recurring problem. Employees not payments to the insurance companies. Wouldn't be so bad if it only happened once in a while, but almost every month one of our employees has the issue. It seems that customer service will only respond when asked instead of keeping the customer informed up front."
"This is twice in less than a year that you have received my premium payments from my company and not paid my insurance company. My insurance coverage has been cancelled twice now! Total joke of a company!"
