"This is a sham of a company. My parents paid for preordered gas on December 18. It is now January 17 and no gas has been delivered. Every time my parents have called, they have been lied to by incompetent people, and given the run around instead of doing their jobs. My parents' main source of heat is gas and because of the absolute LUNACY of this company, they have had to go through these single digit temperatures with no gas - even though they have proof of payment from a month ago. One parent is on dialysis and another is a current cancer patient, which makes this situation all the more unacceptable. Ferrellgas can expect legal action. And who knows... maybe even a news story. DO NOT use this company. They will take your money and let you freeze while lying and gaslighting you. Zero stars from me and every member of our family."

"The service representatives are both courteous and knowledgeable. I have had delivery service from good to exceptional, when a driver goes out of his way to accommodate."

"You can not get anyone to answer the phone. You call the number that is on the Gate outside the Ferrellgas Business and you may get someone from 3 states away. Generally, you do not get a person. I have had several issues in the past up to and including a leak at my tank. It took 3 different attempts to get a person to talk to. I told the lady that finally did answer this was an issue. But I have called since and same problem. I guess y'all are so big you do not care about customer service."

"Called the office close to me get a office 4 hrs away. Office close to me can’t fill bottles. Just a bull place. So I guess I want get a bulk tank from them either. I want a office you can walk in and do business. Not talk to a lady 4 hrs away"

"We have called and called multiple times a day, every day repeatedly for over a week now to try to get a delivery for my home tank. Every time we call we get the automated system that ask if you are a residential or business account multiple times over regardless of your selection. Then just when you think you will get some where the message states the business hours between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Then you get a message stating they are currently closed, and this between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. when they should be open. long story short, I am actively seeking a different propane and tank provider, and as soon as they answer then dang phone, I will tell them to come and collect their tank, and I will be telling EVERYONE not to use Ferrell Gas. You would think they could at least hire someone to answer the dang phone, but apparently customer service, and a human being answering the phone is no longer a thing. FYI, I Only gave one star because zero stars was not an option."
