"If you have time, save yourself the trouble and go to a corporate AT&T store. This store will add all kinds of extra costs to your plan, and will not tell you about it. If you do decide to purchase here, make sure and check your plan within a few days and remove the features that you don’t want. Edit after response from this authorized retailer…your Arkadelphia store manager is the one who added the extra “features” to my bill without telling me. I was able to get the insurance removed, but I’m having to wait a few days to get the Next Up feature removed. Why in the world would you sign me up for Next Up, if I’m trading in a phone for bill credits. Please stop the shady business. Also, I never received any receipt for the purchase I made or the trade in. I have no idea if I’ll receive the bill credits or not."
