"Have called in multiple times, left messages, and never get a return call. If I get real feisty they will usually put my through to Kim. Her answer is that she is just working on my stuff or that, its been super busy, or that she will have it done by the end of the day and call you ASAP. NEVER get a call back!!! I cancelled my cars right away but had to keep my house because of certain circumstances. Just bought new house and asked them for a quote still haven't received it as of today. We are already moved in and have a new agent. Actually calling just after writing this post to cancel the old house and have a wonderful rest of my day. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Im honestly worried they will mess up or not get my old house canceled with their poor performance... Don seems good to work with but its sad when your own agent fails you."
"Called them multiple times to update my insurance policy information and inquire about my policy without a call back ever! Never able to reach a person. Always goes to a voicemail and then they don't even call you back. I just found my own updated auto insurance rate and am saving $400 a year. Would not recommend them."
