"Although I called for a simple consultation just to inquire the process, I discovered this option is not necessary and does not apply to my circumstance with hours. The representatives are salesmen because one person, supposedly Michelle, said, “Well I’ve been on the phone with you for 31 minutes answering your questions, it’s seems you’d think we care but it’s fine” and she mumbled and wasn’t completely professional. There is something peculiar about the local firm and I expect my name and information to be omitted from the database within 24 hours. I asked for individuals names to assure I am not a part of their process by any means and a few laughed and a man who claims his name is Bryan said, “okay, bye because I don’t want to deal with you.” They are belligerent and dismal and there’s no way I would trust this firm even if I did need the services. I apologize I wasted 30 minutes of their time, but due to my assessment of my situation, bankruptcy is definitely not applicable to my concerns. Please consider all options before opting for this element and before reaching out to their consultants and/or lawyers. There must be an optimum level of transparency and trust for any transaction to occur for your decisions in life."

"wow! he hung up me. i just got off the phone with a rep. from there who hung up on me after questioning his $1900-$2200+ for $6000 in debt bankruptcy charge. Seemed like more of a salesman than and attorney. Wouldn't let them handle a case diet coke for me."

"everything was fine until I no longer wanted to go through with the bankruptcy, i paid over 1500 but was only getting around 300 back, but that's not the problem, the problem is collecting the amount they said that was owed back to me, its been well over the "45 business days" that it takes to get my refund.and they tell me the same thing every Friday when I call to inquire about my refund. That they will put me on the priority list and it should go out the following week. If you decided to use upright law make sure you go all the way through with the process because if you decided to change your mind you will be waiting for a long time to receive your refund."
