"I went online and picked out an arrangement to be delivered to my mom for her birthday. When I called the shop it went to (I’m assuming the manager’s or owners) cell phone. She was so lovely to speak with and eager to help even though she had her hands full with her grand son in the background. I really appreciated that they could deliver same day! So pleasant and easy to deal with. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star review is because in my opinion the flowers my mom received didn’t quite look like what I had picked out online. If the exact flowers weren’t available, I wish I had been notified before the arrangement had been put together. They also sent a picture of the arrangement which was nice of them as well. For reference I’m adding a pic of what I ordered and a pic of what my mom received. She liked her “happy flowers”."
