Allstate never cashed that check but it took !! over a dozen calls and almost 2 months!!! from us and Alison Gearhart to prove it to our mortgage company and refund our escrow account. We really appreciate that Alison Gearhart kept following up and getting it done. We would not have been able to get our refund without her help. All agents are good when you are buying a policy. It is important to have an agent that will stick with you and keep helping when there is a problem. "We have shopped around for a cost-effective insurance company and were happy to finally find one. We work with Nate who has been so accommodating. While figuring out what was best for our coverages, I requested we change the deductibles and/or coverages on things to be sure something wasn't cheaper one way or another. Nate did it for me without hesitation.
