"When my car broke down I originally called roadside assistance. I was told that a "service provider" would be contacting me shortly and that someone would be coming to pick up my car. I waited over an hour before calling roadside assistance back to check on the status of my tow truck and was told they would be there shortly. Another hour passed and I called again only to be told the same thing. I waited 30 more minutes before calling C & C Wrecker Services(they were the closest towing company) I was able to talk to an actually person right away and was told that someone would be there in 30 -45 minutes. The towtruck driver David was there within 20 minutes and he charged me less then what I was quoted by roadside assistance(and that was with my warranty paying for a portion). C &C Wrecker Service saved the day!"
