"It should not take 30 minutes minimum on the phone to conduct a very very simple request, needs to stop having their phone support in a third world country where they barely speak english. Repetetive issues over the years from poor connections to not getting the speed I pay for delivered. Every single interaction I have ever had has been a headache. As soon as another provider is available I will be switching."

"Awful internet service, goes out every time it rains. Customer service is terrible, 9 to 5 Monday through Friday isn't really good for Customer service. They lie about 24/7 technical support, because they only take calls at the above mentioned times. Chats never work. I've tried all day today to chat with an agent about my internet going out on July 16 Saturday. No agents ever available. All day long. No agents available. Big fat whopper of a lie that chatting is always available. They're website is a joke. The only thing this company is any good at is collecting money for pathetic service, and lying to they're customers. It's currently Sunday July 17th still no internet and no help from centurylink. Tried all day yesterday and all day Sunday with that worthlessness they call a website, useless and unworkable. Either no agents to chat with or it bumps me off"

"Wouldn't even leave a star if it was possible. I hate talking to representatives. Whoever Sha is in customer service has a horrible attitude! She wouldn't even let me talk, and then ignored me to try and get me to hang up. I wish Suddenlink went out as far as I live. I hate CenturyLink service with a burning passion!!! Now I have no internet thanks to the "new" modem they sent me. So now I'll be charged for a day of service that I can't even use! What a joke!!"

"Good when it comes to speaking with someone over the phone to resolve issues even though the issue rarely gets resolved right then at least they let me know whats going on generally, but everything else is garbage. The amount of outages for the service in my area at least utterly kills the positives. They give you hopes of faster speeds but the delivery of those words fall flat at least from my experiences thus far, they more times than not over sale the product in areas causing server issues in turn causing more problems for the customers without so much as even offering discounts for the months on end problems they cause by doing so. Giving you the general response of "the only way to resolve this issue currently is to either upgrade internet speeds or wait" in my case all I can do is wait for my service to run normally again or end my service entirely because there is no faster speed available where I am."
