Sam's Club

"The sioux falls sams club is one of the most unorganized sams clubs that I have been to. I feel like it is barely staffed and because of that merchandise does not look properly stocked and there are always a bunch of boxes everywhere. The last time I was there there produce cooler was so out of order - it is probably not like that all the time - and there were boxes everywhere and pallets full of produce in the middle of the aisles making it impossible to navigate their produce area. Also I have had to deal with the store manager there before and she is not a pleasant person to deal with. She was very condescending and not fun to be around. Would much rather go to Costo. People there are much more friendly and helpful. They actually seem to now what they are doing."

"This is not a quick shopping place. Great place if you want to stock up. Great staff. I use the scan n go every time"

"The lines are always long at member services. The app wanted me to do a card verification, and I couldn't select a different card to pay with, so I had to wait an hour in that line. More options and more people should be working in that area. It is always long. I will be moving my membership to Costco once this one is up."

"I'm from a different state and I don't live in Sioux Falls. This is by far the busiest Sam's Club I've ever been to. and it's a lot bigger than the one I have in my hometown. I went here on a Saturday afternoon during Super Bowl weekend, and it was amazing how many people were shopping in this store. We were able to get our cart full of items and had to wait in the checkout line about 5 minutes, but it all seemed to work out for us. The drive to the parking lot gets very busy and congested. We also got gas at the Sam's Club gas station, and we also had to wait behind a couple of cars, but it was the cheapest gas in town. I like the store. For me, I would probably avoid going on Saturday afternoon in the future, but I have nothing bad to say about this store."

"I usually love Sam's Club but I do not recommend using their pickup and go. Everytime we've done it takes over 30 minutes for someone to come out. While Walmart is out in less than 5 usually. Hopefully they can resolve this issue."
