"This venue is absolutely stunning! It is perfect for a wedding and you can add any decor to make it perfect to your style. Emily is amazing and SO helpful with everything. Cora (apologies if spelt wrong) was wonderful the day of as our coordinator and stayed on top of all the details to keep the day moving efficiently. She was truly a life saver. Beautiful outdoor ceremony area, and the inside is gorgeous and the perfect size for any event. I received so many compliments on the venue from guests and how it created the perfect “intimate event feel” while still having around 125 guests in attendance. Plenty of great picture spots and the inside of the venue has so much character with exposed brick and wooden beams throughout. I cannot recommend this venue enough and again, the owners and staff are simply the best."

"2 years later and I realized I never reviewed this incredible place. Owner: Emily is incredible to work with, knows exactly what’s she’s doing and makes your experience worth every second. You’re experience will be nothing but smooth because of Emily! The outdoor space: We got married beginning of September and it was the absolute perfect time to get married here, I would recommend anytime between August-September as the beautiful backyard space is full of green and lots of light, perfect for photos too! The indoor space: I can’t say how wonderful the indoor space was. The amount of brick made all of our photos absolutely stunning. I also loved how we could turn a few spaces into different things throughout the night (and Emily was super creative with her ideas and also put them into action the night of) Affordability: Booking here was affordable and worked well with our budget. While I imagine pricing has gone up since our wedding due to inflation and the popularly this place has gained, I have no doubt Emily will work with you as best as she can in terms of budgeting. Overall I would 5/5 10/10 recommend booking her for your events/weddings. You will not be disappointed(:"

"Tucked into the heart of Downtown Anoka, this wedding venue is a treasure!! The stonework is beautiful. There are lots of places to take photos along the river and around the building. Emily the owner there is so knowledgeable, and helpful! She takes great care of her couples! Love photographing weddings at the Mill Site!!"
