I wish I would’ve spent more money on a better attorney. Samantha Carpenter was assigned to my case. If I knew two years ago what I know now, I could’ve saved my son’s reputation. My son purchased a legal weapon but chose to plea and get a record because his assigned attorney didn’t want to fight. I feel like we got the other treatment. The right to bear arms is supposed to be universal. In my opinion if you want a professional defense-try James Law Firm. Bill James knows that he has a reputation. Someone from his team may try the case but Bill consults and gives you the plan. You want an attorney that KNOWS the law and is confident. It makes you feel better. You may get quoted a better price but if you want a chance, pay more and get proper representation."

"Thus far every single time I have contacted Hall Law Firm there front office has shown me nothing but Unprofessional behavior from there Paralegal team he doesn't do as his client request in a timely manner.. The front office has the worst phone receptionist.. I have a $20,000 Dollar Retainer Fee paid in Attorney Trust fund. Thus far his office hasn't shown me any consideration to help...but he has my $20, 000 plus charges $ plus charges $1, 500 additional. Per hour $250 per phone call. Then over all he charges $ 2, 500 per hour. And once again his paralegal gets argumentation started over a INTERLOCTORY situation that I'm about to get a opinion on by Arkansas Code of Standards....He has not shown me 49 years of Legal Experience what so ever.....
