"I had to packages that said delivered Monday and they weren’t here. So I called the post office they said that the mail lady supposedly “said” she handed me the packages when on the website it said delivered in mailbox. I wasn’t even home. Then today Wednesday, I called and couldn’t get the address they were sent to so I had to call Washington county for the address the police went to that address and the packages we not there. One package was a present for my sweet 16 birthday and I’m very disappointed."

"Had issues with service and when I called all they wanted to do was argue with me. Recently I had a shipment returned to a company reason was West fork saying it was undeliverable because of wrong address so I contacted the company and made 100% sure they had the right address. They were nice enough to ship it again only to have it returned a second time saying it was undeliverable because of the wrong address. Now I tried to call the Post office and it just goes to some weird thing that sounds like a fax machine. Tired of dealing with these people. I've had plenty of packages delivered out here with no problem I don't understand why this one was returned twice with the correct address on it. Luckily the company refunded my money but now I have to try to order my product from somewhere else"

"We have asked several times for the mail box to be closed after the delivery. So tired of getting wet mail out because they can't seem to close it. I'm not the only one that is having this problem so are my neighbor's."
