"I love Yum Yos, but today just sucked. Sign on door said “be back in 5 minutes”, 20 minutes later I gave up on waiting for someone to come back. Pregnant me was extremely disappointed and upset. If you’re gonna be gone longer than 5 minutes please just say so!"

"It's always a treat when we visit here on Wednesday's for cones after we eat a snack or our supper. Well 2 out of 3 get a cone, but we still fill as much as possible not to over indulge ourselves in this tasty treat. We come so often that we have our punch cards full by the time the next school year begins for our birthday's from August-October. Some times they don't have our favorites, but we're able to use our imagination and creativity for new flavors that's not available at TCBY."

"Regardless of what may have been said due to hurt feelings, this store has always provided amazing service and the toppings are always in excellent condition. Sad to see a local business take a hit because of false reviews. I truly hope you can enjoy yum yos and their service like I have for many years. And before I'm accused, I am 100% a real person, that doesn't support whining children with ridiculous vendettas."

"One star is an overstatement. Visited the messy shop not too long ago. Gross trays underneath machines, with nats flying near by. I was alarmed at the absurd pricing for a minuscule amount of yogurt. Toppings looked ancient, gummy products were rock hard. I wouldn’t be surprised by the negative management reviews.. By the looks of the owners response to negative comments, I can imagine how terrible the store is being managed as well. I mean is anyone ever running the store half the time? Looks like a ghost town in there."
