I was provided a brand new lock and key which saved me time as I didnt have to run to the hardware store to purchase the lock myself. Im pleased with the convenience of the location. I'm also very pleased with the cleanliness of the property as well as the cleanliness of the storage unit assigned to me. So far, it has been a pleasant and organized process."

"Setting up an agreement to rent a unit is a breeze. Booked the unit online, signed the lease and was done in a day. Didn't even have to go in person. They do give you a lock amd require insurance but offer a cheap one through the agreement. Super safe and clean. The units are fairly new and sturdy. The price doesn't hardly go up either. The owner is really friendly and helps the community with optional community building activities. Payments can be made online and autopay is an option. I would easily rent again from Superior."

"If you are looking for short term storage this place will work well. If you plan to use it for a while, go elsewhere. Rent was raised every 6 months. As a five year customer, I couldn’t afford to stay here any longer. I was able to get a unit the same size just down the road for half the cost."
