Secure Space Storage - Farmington

"Wow. What a bad experience with the secure storage Farmington uhaul. I get a call from this place on Saturday (the day I'm picking it up) and the representative made this sooooo difficult about needing a gate code. Super long call. No big deal. After our call, she called me back with uhaul corporate on the phone to move my reservation bc she thought I was nervous about online check-in and basically forced to drive to Springdale way out of my way. I never said anything like that. Why did she take this initiative?!? She told me on the phone my reservation isn't cancelled, I get an email while I'm on the phone with her saying my uhaul reservation has been transferred to Springdale. What?!!! I call Springdale worried and they are nice but they don't have the appliance dolly or anything extra I needed for my move this weekend. Springdale uhaul did an amazing job finding everything at different stores for me. Ty Ronnie. He was awesome. I absolutely do not leave bad reviews but man I can't stress enough how bad my experience was. I made this reservation awhile ago and was absolutely counting on this. There are other nightmare uhaul reviews (that I'm just now seeing) at this location. I'm not taking this review down. I'd do zero stars if I could."

"DO NOT RENT A U HAUL FROM HERE! Moving is enough of a hassle without dealing with this incompetent company. Booked a uhaul days in advance. It was on a Saturday. They did not have the uhaul out for us to pick up. We had to call 5 didn't customer support numbers and had to drive out of the way to go pick up a u haul more than two hours after we were scheduled to pick up our reservation"
