"They deliver medicine"
"Had a prescription sent there, turns out it got lost... Not sure what to make of that.... Woman on the phone was quick and friendly though."
"I don't like how they pay for drivers it's not fair"
"Awful customer service. Extremely disorganized and horrible to communicate with. I would 10/10 not recommend anyone to use Omnicare."
"I wish I could do negative 10 stars. They are the worst company to deal with. We ended up with a Mucinex charge for our elderly mother that was double what it could be purchased locally for including at their parent company CVS. I called and questioned and they sent it to the insurance company. The charge was another 10.00. Was told that is because insurance companies are billed at an even higher rate. They promised the bill would be sent back at the lower rate I agreed to pay. Next bill even higher, because they had a price increase. Not only is this company charging higher than average prices to insurance companies they are taking advantage of elderly. There is now a stop on the account that all over the counter will be purchased locally by the family. I called 15 minutes before their closing time on 4/2/18 and was placed in queue. Their workers find it funny to just at 6:00 p.m. CST to dump the calls into VM which by the way they never respond to. The employees have no idea who the CEO is of their company, the company seems to be poorly run and I will be contacting the insurance and state of MN for unethical practices. If you have a choice run from Omnicare what appears to be poorly operated and charges very high prices and when they know insurance pays they jack the prices higher. This is a form of elderly abuse taking their money for products that are much lower in local stores, including their own parent company. Good luck if using them, hard to contact and they do not keep their word."
