"Just received my order. More than half the meat was warm and spoiled. The dry ice had melted and the meat was not frozen. Tried calling 800 number provided several times, but always busy. Emails gone unanswered. Disgusting and disappointing. Will never trust another online good market again!// UPDATE: After obtaining the corrected email address from the company, they sent us a box of a similar order. We appreciate them trying to correct the problem, but the dry ice again arrived completely melted. However, this time most of the items were still frozen. The meats that we did keep and tried were good."

"We were excited about the quantity of food we got for the price,but after consuming it now we know why it was so cheap. The chicken had a very weird texture no matter how we cooked it and it did not taste like chicken. More like some processed synthetic stuff. I always cut my steak against the grain and it was always in perfect line. I read and article about meat glue and now I know what they were talking about. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. The last review I posted on Facebook was taken down and I was blocked from their Facebook page. Save your money and insides. There's a reason why their bundles are so cheap. I wouldn't even give them one star but that was the lowest I could give them"
