"By far the most courteous and professional staff. These folks are usually understaffed and over worked. (Try to remember that) That's why most places are horrible. But they seem to always have a full crew and are always fast and respectful."

"Arrived at 3:30PM for a very simple prescription for dental work. Was told the system had been down all day and that it would take 2 hours to fill, and to come in even if I didn’t receive a text that the order was ready. Came back 3 hours later. There was a line of 10 people. Waited 45 minutes to be told the order wasn’t ready"

"Not sure of her name in the pharmacy but you are truly amazing. Yes!! Hope they share this with you. Red hair… Your compassion is a gift. Keep that gift and share with so many. You made my day!! Not that I deserved any special treatment. But was directed by another Walgreens (Fridley) to find another location to fill my sons script because they where closing at 6pm and never worked on it. Thank you Circle Pines Walgreens for going above and beyond to assist and making me feel like my son matters. And also making me smile. The two at the window had smiles on there face which I could tell with even masks on. Plus thank you for wearing them. Can’t say the same for the other one. If you had a 10 star I would have given you a perfect 10. Thank you again… Will definitely be sharing this with others in my neighborhood."

"The cashiers up front are great & nice. But after dropping off a prescription, the pharm tech said quote "It will be ready "tonight" ". It was 4pm. So what does that mean? An hour? 2 hours? Being unfamiliar with the pharmacy, I went back before Walgreens closed, only to find out the pharmacy was closed. Very unhelpful and 0 customer service. The medication was needed for that evening from a surgery. I will never be back."
