"This place is a joke."

"I feel that the man who answers the phone is the “R” word. Last year they had two different buses that came in my area to pick up middle and high school kids. My neighbors child went to middle school with my child But they put him on the bus with the high schoolers. That didn’t make any sense to me til I realized that the high school bus had majority of white kids on there ( the child is white) and the middle school bus had majority of black kids on there. Once I called them out on it, they argued with me about it but idc what they say they are racist and they really don’t care about the kids in my area vs. the kids that live in the trailer park. The bus driver they had for the elementary kids got into a confrontation with me one morning and shut my arm in the door of the bus while I was standing outside the bus all because I asked him why did he move my son to let some white kids sit behind him. Mind you he said he didn’t want any kids sitting behind him on the bus because he can’t see them. I hope this year will be a better year. I am all about the kids getting treated fairly and getting to school safely."

"Too many different drivers. Always seem to be a different driver for bus #11. Right now bus is just about 25 minutes over due."

"Bus 24 has left theses kids on several occasions I mean the bus will just drive right pass the kids and keep going I have called time and time again nothing seems to change"
