"READ BEFORE EMPLOYMENT The equipment is sub-par. Most of the trucks have 500k-1.2M miles on them. Most of the trailers track either to the left or right. The mechanics only do what's necessary to get the truck "back on the road". There are 10 Roads Trucks sitting in every terminal right now with duck tape holding mirrors in place, and zip ties holding pieces bumpers together. Most of the trucks have fairing damage where they hire sub-prime drivers as well that have little experience. The trucks are also very nasty on the inside. There is no system of checks and balances in regard to cleanliness. They say they assign trucks but they do not. You will slip seat for the most part. There is no need to go above and beyond for them because you will not be rewarded in any way shape or form. Their loyalty lies with the next higher up above them. You ( driver ) are the lowest on the totem pole. You are just a number. When you call in their first words to you are ( Driver ID ) they can look you up by name but dont. They will record every phone call you have with them. They will tell you it's illegal to record them without their consent. Just remember, they're already giving you their consent to record them because they're recording you. There is no middle ground. You CAN legally record all conversations with them. The safety team is overbearing and 90% of them have never driven a semi. The trucks have inward facing cameras that record you 24/7. You will never advance here and will be paid bi-weekly. The health insurance is forced or you're terminated after 90 days. Enjoy."

"Not good company to work for. I experienced racist comments especially about my hair from drivers. The Supervisor Teresa has issues where she “is the boss bow down to me” she speaks to people like they are children. She is very rude. I am 5 months pregnant and didn’t like the way she spoke to me I let her know next thing I know I’m fired due to supposedly not responding back to emails right away."

Not only did they refuse to pay me for TNU, but now they only want to pay me for half of the first round trip. Owner Operator's stay away or get your money upfront from this bad company."
