"Management is the worse,,, no cameras!! My vehicle has been broken into,,, any issues you have they definitely make you feel like a number instead of a person. No response from management about issues you literally have to call them 2 and 3 times. My apartment was a mess while moving in they were painting and still cleaning, my blinds were so dirty window seals was gross I took several pics,,, I even had to move my things in on wet carpet I WILL NOT BE SIGNING ANOTHER LEASE. Poor decision on my behalf Update: I'm no longer living at this unit, they took my full deposit after I hired cleaning service and took several pictures of how clean this apartment was!! I will be in contact with every Lawyer possible. This place should be ashamed of themselves. I am being charged for things they didn't clean when I moved in. Thank God I took pictures!! Ms. Kathy I have tried to reach you for months. What have you done besides sit behind the scenes and ignore multiple messages. Please contact me my information is still on file."

"The apartment itself is fairly nice and updated considering the price and location. The bedroom and size of the apartment is very spacious, (I live in a one bedroom with my partner and we have ample space). The woods and the pond are also very pretty out back. However, we won’t be staying here after our lease ends. The walls are extremely thin.. We can hear people talking in the apartments around us and in the hallway, and we can also hear whenever sinks/showers are turned on in surrounding apartments very clearly. The bathroom fans in these apartments are LOUD, and when neighboring apartments are using them it creates these awful humming noises in the walls that wake both my partner and I up at all hours of the night. I would stay here if the walls and ceilings weren’t paper thin. If you’re a light sleeper or just prefer peace and quiet, this place probably isn’t for you. Management is friendly although tough to get a hold of, and there have already been three different managers in the 5 months I have been here… Also, the plow is terrible and just misses half the lots or does not plow at all when they come through. My last complaint is the laundry facilities. Half the time we just end up going to the laundromat, because there are only two sets of machines per building and half the time one or both of them are broken for days on end."
