It's a brand new building but it screams "old world money" very elegant and stylish but it is very modern in it's amenities; it's also a smart building which is really cool! The builders and designers didn't miss a thing. It's in the most exciting part of Saint Paul surrounded by everything you could ever want or need to live a fun and fulfilled life.
