"I have to change my rating down to one star. The "no hot water" issue is just too big of an issue to ignore. Access to hot water is so important for showering and doing dishes. It used to only be an issue in the winter when it was below freezing, which is still a big chunk of the year. Unfortunately now, all year long, the water at any given time is more likely to be cold than hot. Luckily, we went out and bought a countertop dishwasher so that we no longer have to do dishes in what is almost ice. However, it's a serious issue to consistently be unable to fully shower before work, because the water is too icy cold. Cons: *Quarter laundry, and banks are still rationing quarters, so you either have to go to the bank a lot or you might have to use the laundromat. *Hot water "heater" doesn't work if it gets too cold or snows a lot. *maintenance requests often get closed without being worked on. *no bike rack"
