Rose Mall Apartments

"I lived at Rose Mall for 1.5 years and it was a very pleasant experience. I searched many apartments in the twin cities area and I couldn't find more bang for the buck in regards to space compared to rent. An amazing amount of internal storage space. The staff was always fair, quick to respond and informative. Maintenance was always quick and did good work. The place was clean, plenty of space away from your neighbors, great location, plenty of parking and the swimming pool didn't hurt either. Great find!"

"We have Lived at Rosemall Apartments for about 7 Years now.The Front Office of Jami and Alexander are very helpful and solve issues quickly.The Maintenace Crew are very nice and Respectful when they enter your Apartment.Great Location"

"The management at this apartment is really great. Alexander and Jami are prompt in their correspondence, polite and professional. The apartments are older and have some wear and tear but they are spacious and comfortable with plenty of natural light from the windows. The walls are solid. You can usually only hear neighbors when they are in the foyer area. The laundry units are small, so I have been driving to the local laundromat instead. UPDATE: I started using the laundry units in the apartment when I calculated that the cost was comparable to going to the local laundry mat. Now I only go to the mat when I have to wash something big like my bed comforter. The apartment pool is a great feature! It is big and has a nice deep area. The grills are nice too to cook out in the summer. The location is excellent. Within easy walking distance to Target and the Har Mar mall. We have been here two months and seems like a safe community and neighborhood so far. :D"

"Lived here for almost 2 year. Great location. Easy access to 36. Walking distance for Target,Cub Foods, Harmar Mall and a lot of restaurants.Plenty parking in front of my building. Well maintained lawn and courtyard and clean outdoor pool. Management is fantastic. They are quick to respond to email and service request. Laundry on every floor (i think). I might have just gotten lucky, but my neighbors were super nice. The few interactions I have had with them, they were friendly and courteous. One of the thing that bothered me the most is the floor. It creaks so bad. Even with the lightest of step you can hear and feel it creaking. I felt bad for my downstairs neighbor.Also like most of the apartment buildings, the wall is very thin."

"My little family of 4 have been living here for 3 years. The staff is kind and quickly responds to any concerns or issues we have. We are in a 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor. The walls are quite thin so sound travels well from our neighbors. We love the outdoor swimming pool. Parking gets full quick in the evening, but because of this they are adding more parking spots! They are always updating the exterior grounds. The apartment is large and spacious, bedrooms are decent sizes. If you renew your lease for another year they usually offer to paint your walls, clean the carpet, or some other cool gadget. Great location and easy access to the freeway."
