"It’s been great so far 3 years in two different apartments. Very quiet which is how I like it. View of the city is nice. I should take advantage of more of the building’s amenities like the pool, gym, party room but I don't use them as much as I should. The concierge is great i know when packages arrive via the phone app. It’s a great place to live."

"Property management is racist. My friends and I were threatened by management that we would be arrested for trespassing. We were visiting our friend who lives in the apartment! You could have gave us a warning that we were too loud but no. Went straight to “I already called the police and they’ll be here in 15 minutes.” We left, and the police never came. Property management deleted my first review as well! Residents and prospective residents beware!"

"I have lived in this building for 2.5 years. The first two years were great. Then my lease renewal rolled around and new management took over. Since then, I regret resigning my lease and am stuck for another year because they won’t work with you on creative options outside of written lease terms. Things that occurred since I resigned - - maintenance requests will take 2-3 weeks at best if they get answered at all. I’ve had to follow up multiple times every time. - 3 emails to management still haven’t even answered. -My flooring was damaged inside of my apartment by the company during a maintenance visit. -The pool was broken and didn’t open until mid summer this year. -Someone had a mental episode and gashed a hole in our hallway and was wandering halls. No email communication was sent on this and no updates were given to me to know if it was safe for me to leave the building with my children. I do not feel safe. - multiple common area break-ins including the bike room. Things I know that have been stolen from friends who live here: 1 motorcycle and multiple bikes. You won’t find the culprit though because the security cameras are too blurry. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for what we pay. Im stuck here for another 11 months."

"We’ve lived at Vintage for almost 4 years and it has truly become our home! We love the staff who take the time to get to know us and make us feel very comfortable. We also love the convenience of all the amenities, from the dog park for our dog, to the pool for our daughter, to the gym and common areas for us. It’s wonderful to have such a convenient home in such a fun neighborhood!"

"My fiancé and I moved to Vintage on Selby about 4 months ago. We have been overjoyed with the staff and property. Every single staff member is friendly, welcoming, and so helpful. The property is always spotless. The other residents are also great. I truly have nothing bad to say about this place. The workout room, pool, and common areas are amazing and great for studying, relaxing and working out. If you are considering moving in the twin cities area I would 100% recommend moving to Vintage."
