"This review is for Chewy as a company, not a specific location. I lost my husband very suddenly a month ago and 2 days after found out my Doberman is in stage 4 heart failure (DCM). Tyler who works for the Chewy Pharmacy department called me yesterday to verify the amount of medicine I was ordering for my dog. I explained due to my husband passing j just couldn't afford the full prescription right now. I could feel his genuine sympathy through the phone. This evening I found a delivery of flowers on my porch from Tyler and everyone at Chewy for the loss of my husband. I will never shop anywhere else for my pets. I have never been treated like "family" by a company. A HUGE COMPANY! Walmart, heck no, Amazon, definitely not. You've earned a customer for life. Tyler also helped me out with the medicine for Duke. Great people, compassionate and they go above and beyond. Thank you again. ♥️"

"My dog passed Monday and I called to cancel her insulin and meds. 2 days later I received flowers from Chewy. I really love Chewy for that. It means so much. My heart is completely broken from the loss. You really have a customer for life now. My other dog, Lady will only be getting items from Chewy from now on."

"Customers for Life!! We started with 2 orders with Chewy after having trouble finding Senior food for our baby. She had diabetes, blind and deaf in her 14+ years. I had to cancel the autoship after she passed away. Chewy refunded our last order after I wanted to return it. They said take it to a local shelter. That was my first good impression and then 2 days later they sent us flowers for our loss. Our gratitude to Chewy and their thoughtful staff in sharing our sadness of losing our fur baby. They now have a customer for our cat's life. For an organization to extend past services to reach into a family's life, shows they truly care about you. We feel connected to their family. Thank you!!"
