"I moved here 6 months ago and I reserved club rooms for few hours like 8am to 4 pm after I used the club room we cleaned with a group of my family members without leaving any stains and closed at 5 pm but then the next day someone reserved room and when they came to in the next day there was little trash on the table and they took the picture and brought to office the next day of their reservation and they charged me $150 dollars I received the notice so I went office and told them the time we closed and to check the cameras in the club room if someone entered after 5pm because because the club room doesn’t have different key we use our own keys to enter anybody can use anytime So I even bought the witness then lady from the office told me she would check and contact me so waited her for few days and went office again and asked her if she checked but she disrespected me and told me she don’t have time to check the cameras and I must pay for it I paid for it but I wasn’t mad because I paid it’s not fair if reserved that room for whole day yes it’s my fault but from 5pm to 12am don’t you think other restaurants can use it? That’s what happened And after that day two months later my car was stolen on street parking of main entrance I couldn’t even report it to them i know they have cameras in front main entrance I told my self what’s the use of telling them and reported to police The reason I talked about parking is because when we rent this apartment they say they have street parking means I think it’s the right to report to them those streets parking is not safe"

"$1200+ is reasonable for a 1 bedroom with the low rating this property has? David, do you say that with a straight face? That's over ramsey county's FMR. That's more than I pay for a 3br mortgage. They system is broken."

"The Property manager is an awful human being. I was in two bedroom apartment and I informed her that I am gonna have an additional family member in few months, I will need a three bedroom. She kicked me out and said sorry we don't have nothing for you. You will need to move out of this apartment ASAP right during the beginning of covid-19."
