"I stayed here with my girlfriend for 5 years. Had responsive and communicative management who was on top of keeping the place well maintained, and maintenance was promptly taken care of. Pricing was competitive for our 1 bedroom apartment during our entire tenure there, and the unit was well maintained by management. The location is good, both a quiet enough neighborhood, along with a grocery store and decent bar/restaurants in walking distance. Also a good transit location with a quick walk to the A Line bus. The only issues we ever had were due to a neighbor and a supervisor who let said neighbor get away with it, although both have long since been gone. This is the same neighbor likely listed in a negative review of the building next door (469). We're sad to be leaving, only doing so because I have a job taking me out of Minnesota. EDIT: I forgot to mention the names Arcadia Management and Johnson Realty are the ones who ran this place during our time here. Both were a pleasure to work with and listened to any of our concerns."
