"Awful experience! Booked the day before a group of girls using the website. Attempted to call twice to confirm there wouldn't be any issues. Received confirmation email. Float time was reserved for 12pm. Girls arrived at 1130am. Shuttle had already left. Girls were told he couldn't guarantee he could get them on the river because they only had one shuttle and offered a discount for the next day. So confused how you can book up to a 2pm time slot on their site but they have to be on the river by 12pm according to local guidelines. Absolutely no instructions to arrive at a certain time in order to make the shuttle. Called another company and they were able to help my girls. Will never use this company again. These people need to understand how to run a business and take accountability for their lack of information/resources. So thankful for the company down the road that helped save the day. Would not recommend using their website they obviously don't check it and confirm the information with their guest who reserve. Walk ins are priority."

"My family and I have used this company twice now. This second time was the worst of all. They had a broken down van. I get that and we were patient. We reserved for one, but we didn’t get on the water til two. We waited a whole hour while groups of people cut in the line and ended up in the water without waiting. They kept saying they would get us there soon but they never did. We ended up having to take three of their kayaks ourselves in our vehicle just to get on the water. Even when we were done we had to wait another hour to be taken back to our vehicle. I do not recommend."

"The River Rats crew was great. I was a little nervous and they were so reassuring and comforting. They were patient to explain things and very nice. The guys that took us out and brought us back in were great. And they were there when we got out - we did not have to wait. Great experience. Hope to be back - maybe even this summer."

"Better than expected all around. The experience is more magical than photos can express. Easy to find, Located right off the highway with safe parking. Clean indoor restrooms. Pricing is very reasonable for single and double kayaks, we did both. My family really enjoys water activities. That being said, this was the most laid back no rushing establishment we have ever used. We will most definitely be back."

"Second visit, there will be more! They have nice equipment and friendly staff. It was the first time for my son and he absolutely enjoyed the trip. If you are not an experienced kayaker then do not attempt this river float as it has class 2 rapids. Newbies should try Beavers Bend Recreational Park."
