"RAY apartments are amazing. It is a perfectly sized and quiet apartment complex with a wide range of residents. The coffee stop across the building is also extremely convenient. The staff at RAY has been amazing with keeping the building very tidy, even during the winter, along with very considerate managers who answer emails quickly and are very friendly. I also love the in unit laundry for each apartment, the hardwood floors, nice appliances, and even a nest climate control."

"I've lived at Ray for a little over a year now and just absolutely love it! The units are modern, fresh, light, and efficient. The balcony's are spacious and the nest thermostat is clutch when you're in and out of your unit all day. I've had great experiences with the management team, they are warm, welcoming, and professional. The location is so convenient as well, with it's adjacency to the train line, its central location between Minneapolis and Saint Paul, and its proximity to the U of M campus. I've lived in 4 different apartment buildings in the twin cities and none of the others compare to Ray! Highly recommend this spot!"

"I've lived at Ray for about 1 month and the apartment is really great - everything is so clean and bright and new. I really enjoy looking out my glass balcony doors at the view and how quiet the building is. I love the modern appliances, the in-suite laundry machines, the air conditioning and the nest thermostat. The best thing about moving here is really Brita, the property manager, - she answered all of my questions so promptly and made me feel very welcome with the move in and has checked in to see how things are going. The location is very convenient with places to eat nearby and I can easily get to the train station. I highly recommend this apartment building."

"I've lived at RAY for a year and a half now, and I absolutely love living here! The building is incredible. I love how dog friendly they are - having an area on the rooftop for dogs to run off-leash is incredible! All of the people I have met here are also really nice, so it's a great community. Management is great, and Brita has been nothing but helpful! Any time I have a question, she is prompt to reply and so nice. Really living here has been my best apartment experience ever."

"I spent a long time going over different apartments and trying to decide where the best place to live was before moving in -- I'm glad to say that Ray Apartments is everything I hoped for and more. I'm completely satisfied with my experience here so far. The building is nice and clean -- the neighbors are friendly and never blaring music at 2 AM in the morning like a lot of people closer to the U of M do. The light-rail is conveniently located a block away -- this makes my morning commute very easy and quick. I'm more than satisfied with both the apartment itself and Brita, who made it a breeze to tour the place and answer any questions that I had. Very happy!"
