The amenities are amazing, all maintenance that needed to be done often times was done same day, Ironclad has friendly tenants, and Andrew and Emma that work in the building are awesome and very easy to work with. 10/10!"

"Emma and Andrew, the property managers, are really what make Ironclad shine. Emma consistently goes above and beyond brining new events and life into the building. Andrew add humor, easily brightening your day. Both care deeply about the happiness of their residents and will work to make sure things are done right. The apartments themselves are as described, but the amenities are lacking for the price point. Everything is very well maintained and most days minor (and major) maintenance requests are handled same day. I always feel very safe in the building and with my car parked in the secured garage."

"Have lived here over two years now and have lived in 3 different units. All the units have been amazing. The amenities are great and the staff is great. I love that there is underground parking that is secure. The building itself is also very secure. I feel very safe. The views are also fantastic from the rooftop grill and from the pool area."

"I had a tour. I went to see 1 and 2 bedrooms. They started renting from July 2019 I am guessing. First to get in touch with management is difficult. I called a couple of times and sent email. I got a response back in a week. Apartment is brand new, good restaurants around, trader joes across the street. Moxy hotel is connected to the same building, gym is big, view of US bank stadium and sky line is amazing, pool was closed so I didn't get to see it. IN MY OPTION price is little expensive for total sqft compared to other properties around. Still a lot of construction going on in the building. Leasing agent answered most of the questions but was not able to tell me the directions that the apartment is facing. Was on the phone talking and messaging lot of the times. Worth to check out the property. Only reason I am giving 3 stars is because communication is important to me and I didn't feel I got that from management."
